MENTAL HEALTH

FOUNDATIONS CLASS

sept 7th | 1-3pm pst

Dear friend,
As a mentor, leader, parent, or friend... you're constantly pouring into others. It's often from the overflow of our own health, peace, and understanding that we can truly support those around us. This Mental Health Foundations class is designed to help you cultivate a deeper understanding of mental illness–– not just for yourself, but for everyone you care about.
Join us for this upcoming workshop where you'll learn to better support others by gaining valuable insights in managing anxiety and depression, implementing grounding techniques, and holding space for those navigating the complexities of suicidal ideation. We'll also dive into setting healthy boundaries and practicing self-care to avoid burnout. Drawing from biblical and holistic principles, this course uses a friendly mix of teaching, discussion, and hands-on activities to build skills you can use in your daily life and in how you lead.
We hope you'll join us in-person or online September 7th!
